Is it too late to press charges? ( read the whole thing for story )

It’s been two days since I got into a fight with this guy. He doesn’t know me and I’de never been treated to rudely by a guy in my life! He just started talking about btches and ho.es and such.. And then he called me a stupid btch.. He didnt really have a reason other then cause he can. Its so stupid when guys say sstuff like that cause they know theyre stronger than woman. Its pretty couardly. — >>> so he caled me a stupid b*tch and was asking for a nice punch in the face which is what I gave him.. But then he decided he would fight me as though he just got hit by a man. He choked me and slammed me against the wall, he kicked me, punched me ( I have bruises) he even ripped out some of my hair! I kept fighting back ofcourse cause theres no wayy I would just stand there. I’m so angry at him! I really want some justice. If the law doesnt do anything about it then I’m gunna have to do something myself ( my boyfriend who is exttremely strong and at the same time very mature, wants me to decide what I want done to him) :@ its been two day since this happened! Can I still press charges?

well all my heart caress about is proper morality. so as long as they morally think hes an idiot then I’m fine :) anyway no more answers please I’ m trying to just get over this situation. its been hard! and I know for him its been nothing at all.. im the hurt one.. emotionally .. and slightly physically but I was a lot more physically hurt the sunday morning after the lame event. OJAY walked free cause his lawyer was ridiculously good at his job and ojay paid him tons. but anywayyes, no more. unless you have advice on how to get over it cause I feel really hurt.

IT DOESNT MATTER THAT I HIT HIM FIRST. THE COPS ARE IN FAVOUR OF ME. I WAS DEVASTATED, HE DIDNT GIVE A SH*T, YEAH I SLAPPED HIM? SO HE BEAT ME UP.. I’M NOT A MAN . LIKE ARE YALL DUMB? SERIOUSLY. can I get a legit answer here? the police are on my side cause the guy was taunting me befor I slapped him in the face.. and then he beat me up! they are aloud to BLOCK but not beat me up. that wasnt self defence it was revenge.. its not about who hits first ITS ABOUT WHO HITS LAST ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO GUY AND GIRL.

also REALIZE THAT I’M 17 NOT 30.
