Is it okay that my periods have become shorter?

My periods used to be 7-8 days but recently my periods have only been 4 days. I have no idea what has triggered them to become that much shorter but I’m just wondering if that’s natural for a woman’s period length to change over time of if it means something is wrong?

Answer #1

I’m pretty sure it’s normal, mine go through stages for a couple of months they will be around 6 days, then for a couple of months they will only be 3-4 days.
