Birth control and shorter periods

do all types of birthcontrol make you have shorter periods? if so then how often do they come?

Answer #1

not all of them. things that have hormones in such as the pill…the patch…the injection..the implant.

Answer #2

It depends on how long your period was to begin with, and yeah whether the birth control has hormones in it Most bc with hormones with keep your period regular and more often than not shorter It depends on what you take, most bc will regulate it to the 28 day cycle, with some pills/shots you can have it every 4 months… it depends on what you take
