Yes it is okay. It can even relieve menstrual cramps and stress. And second how could you get caught? Youre not supposed to masturbate in public. thats weird. if you are going to masturbate do it in the shower, you know, in the privacy of your own home.

its completely normal and almost everyone does it actually! you should do it when your alone though, and at a time that your pretty certain you wont be disturbed or caught (because that can be embarrassing!) so probably in the shower oor in your room, in your bed even if your parents are out or if there busy with something else
