I have lost 2 kilos in less than a week due to not feeling well, should I call my midwife in the morning or is this normal especially if I have nausea/vomiting & im not that hungry anymore,

im drinking my water but only eating cause I know I have to cause of baby but im feeling weak & when I do eat it just goes straight through me,

I was lucky enough to not have morning sickness at all when I was pregnant. Have you tried saltines to help with the nausea? Ginger Ale also seems to help some people as well-ginger is good for nausea. you might try several small meals over the day, instead of 3 big meals. Don’t put too much in too fast. your prob weak from the vomiting and from not eating as well.

2kg is between 4 to 5 # here, I think you should prob give her a call. That’s a fair amt to lose in one week. Luckily, in most people morning sickness ends around the beginning of the 2nd trimester, so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. (=

If I were you I would get professional help on this one. if your not feeling well and not keeping food down your child is losing its nutrition to.; which could be very dangerous…Good Luck
