Is it healthy to weaigh so little?

On multiple ocasions I’ve had men and to my surprise women coming up to me to compliment on my ‘perfect’ body. The problem is I dont see it. I have a really high metabolism so its really hard for me to gain weight. Im 14 and I weaigh in at a solid 84 pounds at the most… Now I dont think im fat I mean I wear a size 0. But I would like to lose some body fat and have a more muscle kind of a look im just not so sure it would be healthy to lose more weaight and im concerned about how little I weaigh. Is it healthy?

Some online calculator said 90 lbs. is the minimum. But people come in different shapes, especially when young and growing. You’re probably close enough. I dunno but IMO just make sure you get plenty to eat and if you still don’t gain weight then don’t worry.

5’3 weighing 84 pounds isnt bad…try eating a little more if your concerned. if you cant do that cause you’re never hungry, when you do eat, eat something thats not as healthy. also..go to a weight room if you can anywhere. they have many exercises for your legs and arms..

Hope this helps…I’m the same age as you..so feel free to contact me with any other questions about anything :)

Technically you are underweight according to a bmi calculator. But I’m sure you are fine. Some people have smaller bone structure, or just a thin body. It’s normal, but if you want to gain muscle and lose body fat just start working out a couple days a week. Push ups and bike rides are a great way to start off. You have nothing to worry about though =)
