is it bad if you do a heavy workout then the next day you do light cardio while you are sore?
No, just drink plenty of water to flush the acid in your mucsle. just like athleta4life said dont rest for to long or you may risk straining a muscle(with really suck @ss!!!) If your new to workin out, dont push your self untill you understand what your body can do. Everyone is different we all heal at different rates. I cant stress this more drink a lot of water. at least a gallon a day. aviod soda it just slow down your recover rate and you loss intensity with is important while weight training or doing cardio. bottom line go for it. like my coach always tells me working through pain bulids character. lol
kinda but not really. you kinda got to give your body a day to heal first. just dont exceed 3 days of healing
Yeah, unless you're working different muscles that aren't the sore ones.
