is itt? like can it make you gain weighttt. I chew gum 24/7

no chewing gun exerscises your jaw muscles and if done for a long time, can end up buring calories however if you think it makes you gain weight you sound like you might be on the road to an eating disorder or you have a distorted veiw of food and your body

No it doesn’t, but I wouldn’t reccommend chewing gum on an empty stomache, one, because it makes you hungrier, and toe, because the acid in the stomache starts to eat away at the walls of your stomache, which, over a period of time, could lead to a hole in your stomach, and that would require a lot of surgery.

However, gum after meals it actually good for you, it neutralises some of the acid in your mouth, it helps you digest your food, and it gives you good smelling breath.

Also, it can be a good substitute for undesireable habits - EG biting your nails etc.

If you chew the same piece long enough, you’ll actually lose weight from it, because chewing uses calories.

I think gum has SOME fat in it. You probably burn off whatever you consume just by chewing. Look on the package and see.
