I just got my round off backhandspring on floor and standing on floor last sunday now my coach wants to work on round offf tuck but im scaredd? What should I do to heelp?...
good job on your round off backhandspring, but your going to want to be able 2 do a tuck also. since you have your backhandspring a tuck should come easy 2 u, just jump a little higher and dont support your body by using your hands just flip. soon you can get a round off bhs bhs, tuck, bhs, full, whip, layout, front flip, front full and all the other stuff that you do
not really.. I have to do them all the time.. well.. full really.. but all you have to do. it just jump up HIGH and pull your knees up.. you will flip over.. just DONT stop.. it kinda really hurts.. lol. I know it seems like.. OMG. I will die,.. but if you havet that attitude.. then it just doesnt work.. GOOD LUCK!! tell me how it goes!!
