Injury in foreskin

During sex with my girlfriend at the time of her period, my foreskin get injured and blood came out and goes inside her. Do we have some problem??

If eeither of you have STD’s, HIV, Hepititus (or any other blood transferable diseases they will transfer easier this way but there is always a high risk of passing these things on anyway if you have sex without a condom.

Are you both 100% sure you are free these things?

If you are, I dont see there is anything else to worry about because of this incident.
