Im losing weight currently by exercizing. But when it comes to eating. I dont want to. I will look in my pantry and get something and I wll be like no im good. So only calories I get is drinks and very little when I eat and of course dinner. But I get full faster. Is my stomach shrinking? I used to eat 6 full meals a day. But I started running and pilates. To where I hate eating.
When I went on a diet I noticed that instead of getting hungrier, I actually started to lose interest in food and eating in general. I think since you are eating less your stomach is learning to adjust to your new diet, as our bodies are programmed to do. When you are set on losing weight, you may start to convince yourself that every meal you eat, every calorie you take in is more effort that is to be made when exercising. Therefore consuming food may start to sound unappealing in your mind. Just be careful, diets are dangerous when not carefully monitored. Best of luck with your endeavors :)
