Free time could mean a lot of different things but to me it is just relaxing life is full of so many different things that cause stress we each have a rules we play that are offten demanding in one way or another and require something of us ....things we don't always want to give like time or money.
So taking some time out of your busy life to have "free time " I believe is important for your mental health a break.from all the stress.that life offten cause. It can also be important for relationship building of every type.
Free time allows you to escape the pressures or stress from every day life, and to simply enjoy yourself and the others around you. I think it's important for everyone to have atleast a few breaks every once in a while, so that they get the chance to just wind down and relax.
Just to have some time to yourself, I like to have a sit down with a cup of tea and just have a bit of time to think and de stress. But free time could be to see your friends and family as well. :]
