Im too big for my girlfriend help!

I recently have been with my girlfriend for a month now, we have only been able to have sex six times because it is ripping her, I use lube I warm her up as much as possible by fingering her and eating her out,I take it slow planty of lube and I get one forth in and she is in a lot of pain.
