Ok, so im 1.69cm tall but i weigh 57.6kg is that good or bad. Im fifteen turning sixteen in 13 days. if it bad how do i get to a better side, im a very healthy eater and i do all that. Im fit, i can run 4km at a time. But i am a bit how you say chubby or flabby what ever, how do i fix that?
you can go on the nhs website and do the weight calculator what you do if you put in your details and then it calculates if your healthy weight or not, im 16 and im 4ft 11 and im 6 and half stone for me its underweight
