I am 5'4 and im about 115. and I am sick of looking at my self I fell fat, my dad has always told me I was fat. and now I cant get that out of my mind. am I overweight for a 15 year old
im 18 5"9 145 pounds, I have very big hip bones, a tiny waist, big muscle thighs and a big butt.. I wondered if I was fat for the longest time, but im not, that body type is just goes way back to the body type of my family heritage! im mostly norwegian. you are NOT fat! dont listen to your dad! and if you wonder about alittle pooch on your stomach when you sit down, that completely normal! every womans stomach is supposed to go out as far as her boobs, its a doctor fact, dont worry, your fine, if you still arent sure, look up weight charts and ages, you'll see
No your not fat srry to say it your father is dumb your a beautiful young girl that has more importan things to worry bout than that . you r skinny lol hopefully you beilieve me

no, I weigh more than you an I am 14, but I play many sports and dance to so I have a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I am always insecure.
