Im having trouble sleeping.

I always feel tierd. Like I havent had enough sleep; I could have 8 hrs. of sleep or I could have 12 hrs of sleep and still be tierd. Also, I move around a lot. I can never seem to find a good postion. Im always moving. And it takes me about 30 minutes from the moment I lay in my bed to try to fall asleep apart from all of what I said. Any advice ? I need sleep ! :(

wow! tat sound like my case sometimes. Sometimes the best thing to do is just doing something that relaxes you and gets you all just lazy sometimes a hot bath works for me and then going into my clean pj’s just puts me right to bed! Try it!

Well, there are a couple of solutions. Firstly, maybe your just not giving urself enough time to wind down if your stressed about things? If u’ve tried taking a bath and getting sleepy first, which usually works for me, there are natural pills you can take which relax u. some people think they’re a rli bad thing but I used them for a while, and if this is insomnia they will totally relax you without literally putting you to sleep.
