im a teenager.i WANNA lose weight!

whats a good diet for a teenager thats 14.im about 130 around there, and i want to loose about twenty or fifteen pounds.i tried starving myself but it just makes me MORE hungry.what can i do, to help?

Eat good carbs (veggies, whole grains) in moderation, and a solid amount of protein - not too much. And stick to smaller, more frequent meals (4-6 a day, instead of only 3).

And exercise, heavy on the cardio, light on the weight lifting & dumbells. Keep this behavior going for at least 3 weeks and it’ll be easier to stick to it for the future, and you’ll definitely lose the weight.

omg same here!!!!! im 14 and i weigh like 98 but idk i like dont fit into teeshirts the way i want to!!!! it is soo annoying!! so yeahh well message me or suttin latuhh.

Don’t starve yourself that is soooo stupid. go to your doctor have em put you on a diet.
