I wanna lose weight by aug. 3rd!

Ok I am 5 foot 1 and im aroung in the 140s to 50s in that range and I want to lose weight before school starts on the third of august. That is to early for school to start I at least want to lose 25 to 30 puonds and get rid of my love handels. They are not that bad as they used to be but im going to be a freshman and I want to start the school year fresh! Please give me your best advice or weight loss method that helped you a whole lot but not dietary supplement suggesttions please my mom wont let me get any

ok I agree with te excersise andhealthy eating butt you need to eat more than 1200 calories a day my consiler told me to eat that much and she says thats still not enough 4 me and im 13 if you excersise a lot then you need more calories or you will pass out

ok, but if I excercise an hour a day and have that much calories how many pounds will I lose per day or week?

eat healthy and exercise if you exercise for an hour everyday, no matter what exercise as long as you sweat you will lost weight and eat 1200 calories a day. no less and no more
