well ya if they both have the same dad then yes he is considered your cousin

Depends do they share the same dad and is he related to you? If they have different moms and the girls mom is the one related to you by blood he’s a step cousin but if it’s the dad thats related to you then he’s your blood cousin.

There Dad Is Dead… he’s not relatted to me i dont even know what he looks like My girl cousin her mom is my auntie buut They tawkk annd have a close relationship everytime they see eachother they hug and tawk.
