im doing sit ups to lose weight..
& I might be pregnat will it hurt my baby in any way?
Sit-ups are generally not recommended during pregnancy. This is because the movements involved may traumatize the uterus or abdomen. Weight lifting is also not recommended.
Many women enjoy dancing, swimming, water aerobics, yoga, pilates, biking, or walking when they are pregnant.
I hope that helps!
i dont think it's a good idea to try and loose weight while you are pregnant, there is no way you will tone your stomche in without hsrming yourdelf or the baby. try walking or simming etc it will be good for you and the baby health wise.
take care snd congratulations!
My docs told me sit ups are great and recommend them. But only up until 4 months of pregnancy.. I have had two babies and pregnant with my third and I felt if helped with the healing after birth.
yes doing sit ups will harm the unborn baby, lets get the baby here safe and sound, been their done that, could cause a miscarraige, depending on what you are doing
sit ups are great for babies and will make them have abs when their born
May I add it definately not recommeded to lose weight while pregnant!
well im not sure if im pregnate yet
