Ideal body weight for me?

I am 5’ 5 1/2”. Im am a 13 year old girl. What should I weigh?

Maybe, im 16 and 130, and my BMI is 21.5, which is an ideal body weight. 115 for a 5.5 heigh is 19, on the low side of healthy. Keep your bmi between 18.5 and 25 and you will be fine…

there is really no real weight that anyone should weigh. you should just be happy with how much you weigh. if you are really worried about your weight then you should get help by an adult.

about 130 ish, give or take some, depending how active you are

Alex is right in a way, but not exactly…You should accept yourself as who you are…big or thin, but if your weight is affecting your health, you should lose/gain weight if your doctor says you aren’t healthy. I calculated the your ideal weight, and I got the following information on weight for different frames:

Small Frame- 114-127

Medium Frame-124-138

Large Frame-134-151

No matter what weight you are, you should always stay active and eat healthy foods. Don’t let your weight get to you; be a kid and have fun! Unless you are overweight/underweight don’t worry. Always talk to your doctor before deciding to gain weight/lose weight. They have seen everything before so they can help. Here’s a helpful BMI website. 115. I’m !7, 5’4 and weigh 115-118lbs. 130 is a little much.
