I want to loose weight!

I need a quick simple way to loose somw weight without having to do a ton of excersise because where I live its flipping cold and snowing so you rnt getting me running in thsi weather. plus I dotn want to like really change my eating habits too much because I dont wan my parents thinking im trying to stave myself.

Eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies and drink enough water. Also eat less red meat and pasta. Maybe an excercise video or something that you can do indoors wil solve your excercise problem.

oh okay cool :) you are pretty and you should have more confidence!! but answering your question, just try and eat more fruit and veg, but dont completely cut out foods you enjoy.

You don’t have to go outside to exercise - there are many exercises you can do just by sitting in front of the T.V; squats, crunches, etc. Even things like dancing can help tone your body.

drink more water, at least 1 gallon a day. It will speed up your metabolism, make you feel full and help you to drop water weight by flushing the sodium out.

If you dont like other people’s opinions don’t ask questions. Maybe you should concentrate on stopping being so arrogant before worrying about losing weight when obviously you dont need to. {if that is you in the pic}

learn how to read! I said I dont want to do things outside. its 10 degrees and snowing! I doubt you would wan tto run in that either!!! god! and I dotn want to change my eating habits a lot! I dont want people to think im starving myself! what are some healthy foods and some good indoor activies? there is that worded alittle easier for u? or do you want me to spell it out?
