ok, im 5'7 and I wear a size 6 pants. I want to get down to a size 4 but I dont know what else to do. im a vegetarian, I dont eat chips or drink sodas. help me!!!
I was going to tell you to go VEGAN! Because meat-eating and shizz' is why people are fat. Then I saw that you were a VEGETARIAN! I'm proud. But for the time being, I'd say go vegan. I really do think it helps on losing weight. Once I converted back to veganism... I lost 12 pounds. & Besides, milk has pus, and eggs are liquid chicken. **Do some crunches. Just set a goal of how many calories you want to take in for the day.. Then the next day switch it around, keep your metabolism guessing.. It helps. You'll look gorgeous.. ignore these other people.
you wanna shut ure mouth mate size 4 is unhealthy whos gunna look at something like that all boney and discustin thats not what guys are into id say go size 6-8 more attractive (Y) and you shurrup im entitled to my opinion so dont tell her nt to lisen to me ite bruv!
Err... that kind of extreme, especially for your height, you will look too skinny.
