Im 14 and I am a size 14 and I would like to get down to a size 10
listen to ipod and dance away . :P or do thingss likee squats cause they really tone up legs so they are nice and hard with muscle lol and it makes it easier to lose weight of your legs like with me I have size 14 legs but a size ten torso but I am quite tall for my age im already 5,8 and im 13 so it balancines it out a bit lmaOox
go on a diet and exercise, go for jogs or just dance! if you have a trampoline thats good for exercising
