How can I be skinny?

okay. I am 14 I weigh like 140 lbs. and I have big boobs.. 36D people say. I want to be skinny like the rest of my friends.. how can I be skinny? I am sick of being fat

Hun.. you’re a very healthy girl- you do not need to be any more skinnier than you already are- you probably have heard this a lot but you are NOT fat or near it. I’m the same age as you and I’m healthy too. :] Just because your breasts are bigger than others doesn’t mean youre fat- they come in all shapes and sizes.

when I was 14-15 I weighted 140-145 that was threw middle school

right when highschool started I just drank water avoided all sodas and the weight which is mainly baby weight just fell off

im 18 now and way 123 and really trying to get down 118

but if ya want to lose weight how about drinking water no sodas and avoid breads try workingout if its walkin or even dancing in the privacy of your own room lol…just know you rather lose weight and be toned than lose weight and be all soft and jiggly still.

Hey Hun, You are skinny and HEALTHY! I was 140lbs. with BIG Boobs (36DD) at your age. Now I am 28. I have a 9 month old daughter. I weigh 141lbs. now. All those skinny friends I had in middle and highschool are now really FAT. They starved themselves and did other unhealthy things to be, “skinny.” But after school it caught up with them in the real world. Your body just reached maturity before your friends. That is health and normal. You look pretty, smart, and confident. Just be yourself! A healthly diet and exercise will help you to continue to be in great shape. Take Care & God Bless Mel
