take it from one who knows, neither of these are a good option. my nutritionist got me working out, eating 6 times daily and this helps. Moniter what you eat but dont become a huge calorie counter. dont cut out all carbs, some is ok but you need carbs to live they give you energy. Remember also not to completely deny your self of things, this is bad for you and do not label food this is also a bad habbit to start. (label foods as in this is a good one and this is a bad one). also keep in mind that it is not an over night thing, it takes time. dont turn to the methods you have listed above, they cause a lot more pain than you wille ver believe that they will and they are not things you can jsu stop once you get sucked in. They are deadly and they will kill you.

im guessing this is based on your appearance and how you think being skinny would solve all your problems…anyway the first thing you need to know is that diets dont work. and by starving yourself your not getting skinnier, your getting weaker. your body needs food to fuel itself for the rest of the day, without fuel youll end up feeling weak and sluggish. so not eating dosnt do any good. eating healthy and exerscising reguarly is the way to go. you dont get results imediantly though. you need to be aware of that. but if you keep at it youll start to see the changes. just eat healthy foods or foods in moderation…also you could eat your food slower as it makes you fuller quicker (so you tend to eat less) and exerscise …start out with like 10 minutes a day. if you dont know what to do grab yourself a 10 minute exerscise dvd/video and work with that.

I am a former anorexic/bullemic. I thought getting myself to the point I wouldn’t want to eat would be a dream come true. I did get to that point - and then I couldn’t control it. My nails and hair broke off and I developed chest pain. I am 5’1” and wanted to be either tiny or thin and slender. But that’s not my body shape. And you know what else. My friends love me just like I am. My son (check out my photos) told me he didn’t think skinny women were pretty. He married a girl with curves. Look at Tyra Banks. She isn’t stick thin anymore, and she’s beautiful. And If you think you’re huge, look at the star of Hairspray, Nikki - she is not skinny, but her smile is 1000 watts, she is on dancing with the stars, she just did a movie - all being 4’11” and probably wearing a lot bigger sizes than you do. Your body sounds healthy, not heavy. And making youself sick - man, the time I wasted puking, not eating - and the damage it caused - so not worth it. I’m in therapy now and learning to love myself the way I am. And the people who love me love me with or without exta weight. Your clothing size has nothing to do with the love you give, the heart you have or the difference you make in people’s lives. I’ll bet you are beautiful, and have a good figure. Please, as someone who wanted what you do and got it - and wished I had never gone down that road, I beg you to be wise.
