workout and diet advice...cant give any?
well I was going to put a link on here to help out with the whole diet stuff but apparently I cant type out what the web site is which is completely idiotic but whatever there is a magazine called self which I have used and it helped…if this question gets deleted, thats stupid…hope it stays because unlike some peoples advice…this will help.
