I want & NEED to move.

Okay, so I’m 13, I can’t stand living with my parents any longer. I don’t even know my mom. She’s drunk before I go to bed, & she is crazy in the morning, like litterally, she drives 15 over the speed limit when she’s driving me to school. I’m scared of her, like really. My dad, he’s okay, I’m not really close to him. My sisters, of course out of anything, I don’t like them, but of course, theyre my siblings (: I have no support for anything that happens to me, my parents don’t help me with anything. I feel that I can only trust my aunt. I don’t feel safe around my parents. I don’t like where I live, I don’t like most of the people around me. I went to Georgia for an eitire month with out anybody and just stayed with my aunt. I diden’t miss Nevada, or any of my family at all. I want to be able to convince my parents that after this school year, when I’m going into 9th grade, I want to live with my aunt in New Jersey.

If you feel unsafe with your parents you can call a family law firm and tell them what has been happening then you tell them what you have on mind they will then talk to your parents and you aunt. Your parents will lose custody of you and if your aunt agrees to be you legal parent you will move in with her with out your parents having any rights to see you. if this doesn’t work when your 15 or 16 considering on Nevada laws you can devours your parents and move in with anyone over 18.

I ma really sorry to hear this.. but I have to deal with this every day and I help kids your age over come these kind of emotional and sometimes physical problem. I hope this works out for you all right.
