How can I add weight to my hips?

I’m almost 16 and my body is already maturely developed but I hate my shape. I think my body is a hourglass shape but I don’t like it, instead I would really love a Pear shape. I just crave that Beyonce body but I really wanna kno how I can add the pounds to my hips. Any suggestions?

Well, it depends. If you seem to have a high rate of metabolism, it may be that you’re body it self, uses up more energy & burns off more than the intake of which you put into it. So depending on your diet, you may be lacking certain nutrients or fats that would produce such results. Now, all fats are not bad, you actually need a good amount of them to keep your body in a functioning balance, its mainly when the abundance of one kind of food, (junk food etc) is consumed; that if you go over board, it causes negative ramifications. I would suggest consulting a physician first. Just to ensure that you keep with the in the healthy range for your body composition. Speak with your doctor about different means of dietary needs, and supplements if necessary. But mainly, to gain the body you wish, continue to exercise often, yet eat the best possible food for the way you are built. However, do speak with a doctor first, because this is always best.
