You shouldn’t lose weight really really fast because then you have a high risk of gaining it all back, thats why its best to do it slowly well I would say have 2000 cals a day and do so jogging and abs work outs and drink lots of water and try to replace junky foods with healthy foods not all together because then you will miss your old foods and go back to eating them agian.
