I really want to get skinny

I’m 13 years old, 6 ft tall and 205 lbs. and I really want to get skinny. The docter says I’m healthy, now I just want to lose weight. I’ve tried everything from Atkins to Weight Watchers and nothing has ever worked for me because I have trouble sticking to it.

I’m currently trying to do a 1200 calorie diet and 20 minutes of exercise every day except Sunday.

I really need your help!

if your just trying to lose weight that is a good way to go it will take a while and you wont notice it but other people will, just dont be a dumbass and starve yourself

At 13 years old you are still growing. I see you are 6 ft. tall, but people do get taller! If you to focus on developing a healthy lifestyle rather than weight loss, the weight will take care of itself. If the doctor says you’re healthy you want to stay that way.

Avoid processed foods, fast food and junk food. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and drink only water. Make sure you are staying active–walking, running, biking–do something active every day.

Find something that takes your mind off your desire to “get skinny.” Stress is no good for you and focusing on what you don’t like about yourself is stressful. Try yoga if it appeals to you. It’s very healing on many levels. It strengthens your muscles, stretches your ligaments and calms your mind.

YOUR 13 DONT STRESS HONESTLY BUT IF YOU WANT TO REALLY LOOSE WEIGHT WATCH WHAT YOU EAT THIS MEANS NO JUNK FOOD NO CAKES COOKIES OR STUFF LIKE THAT NO SODA DRINK LOTS OF WATER DEPENDING ON YOUR WEIGHT BUT OTHER THAN THAT JUST TRY EXSERCISE MORE YOU KNOW?
