Do I have a yeast infection if I'm only 13?

m rlly scared becuz i think i have a yeast infection becuz i got this yellow distarge and itchiness in my vagina and i feel a small pain when i move in a certain position!! i havent had s3x and i dunno wthats hapening to me and m only 13

The Common symptoms Of a Yeast Infections Include:

Strange Discharge,Described as Looking like Ricotta,or Cottage Cheese.Usually It smells,Like Beer or Bread.

Itchiness On the opening of the vagina,Near the vulva,Sometimes so bad that it is hard to walk,or move.

Burning when You Pee.

Upon reading about yeast infections,I also learned that:

Most go away on their own,usually after your period,myoull find that its gone.This is because the yeast cannot grow in the fluids released during your period.

I Also Learned that an Untreated Yeast Infection is not harmful,but It may cause discomfort.

Yogurt is known to help yeast infections correct themselves,as well.

if you go swimming,Do not Leave your bathingsuit on for long periods of time. This might make the yeast happier =/

it sounds like thrush which is a yeast infection, nothing to worry about but you will need treatment as it very rarely goes on its own. Canesten cream is good to stop the itching and canesten tablets to get rid of the internal infection, you don’t need to be having sex to get thrush, thrush is usually caused by washing with soap or wearing clothes that are to tight, also try wearing cotton only underwear. you can buy the treatments over the counter or get a prescription from your doctor
