I am a healthy 21 year old that doesn't do drugs, I only drink occasionally and havent taken birth control for years but I skip my period almost every other month and sometimes more. I am not pregnant, I have a healthy diet and am a low-stress, easy going kind of girl. I just wanted to know, is this normal and are there any health risks?
i think it just depends on your body structure, and how well it can adjust. i do that too. i try to keep it at eveyr other month and no more but eh >.> my sister in law said it could cause uterine cysts, which scares me alittle, but she was never on birth control, so i doubt she'd know. the only down side is ( this is kinda gross) the more you skip, sometimes the more reluctant your period is, or the more it wants to come. so you either get a scare your going to miss it, or its way too heavy.
I think it is I have a girlfriend who has been going thru the same thing every since she gpt her cycle and it been hell for her tryn to have a baby and she found out she has endome somthing...lol..but yes I think its something unfortuant it but it happens...
