what do I have to do to gain 30 pounds in the summer, particularly on my legs, thighs, and butt? everybody always picks on me
Omg I wish I could do that. just sit around and eat food with high fat content. be careful tho! If you get addicted to bad food and get in the habbit of sitting around you never know how hard its going to be to try to be active again.
Wish I could give you my 30lbs that I'm wanting to lose... LOL eats lots of junk food!
DON"T EAT LOTS OF JUNK FOOD! Just try to have larger serving of HEALTHY stuff.
