How do I control what I eat?

ok so it basically feels like I have no control over what I eat. if im hungry ill go pig out. today I ate more than 3 quarters of an unopened bag of sun chips. and then I feel like a fatty 5 minutes later. its not like im obese, but im certainly gaining weight. earlier this summer I weighed 110 lbs and now I weigh 120. I need help how do I control myself around food???

yea i do sports im doing swimming this year and track in the spring…i cant wait because im gaining a lot of weight. i just put on a pair of shorts i bought in may and they are really tight on me…ugh…

3 healthy meals a day, snack on vegetable and fruit, exercise, drink plenty of water and a lot of will power. Don’t buy the foods you know are bad for you. Little notes on the food cupboard and fridge telling you not to eat. Make sure you meals are healthy but that they fill you up. At the end of the day you are what you eat.

Who should doing the basic meals…like Breakfast,Lunch,and, Dinner. And if your wanting a snack..only have TWO snacks aday. I’m not sure if i will work to good. Try it. are you in any sports?
