I need advice abouut my belly button piercing?

I got my belly button pierced about 5 weeks ago, at the beginning it was a bit painful everyone said thats normal but recently I got this shooting pain just on the one side of my picercing (right side) I’ve bathed it in salt water & did the soulution with tea tree oil which the piercer advised. but it still stings I can move the bar up & down but this is extremely painful, I was thinking to take it out & put a new belly bar in but im worried it may close up if I do so. the piercer said that I have to wait 7 to 11 weeks for it to be changed. it has been knocked a few times but I don’t know what the shooting pain is. if anyone could help I be very grateful as it starting to worry me now.

Well you shouldnt be feeling any pain by now, its been kindaa longgg. specially a shooting pain that must be bad.

It might be infected, if its red & swollen around the area its a possibility its infectedd. but as for the shooting pain I suggest you get that checked out in a week or so if it continues :D

but eberryting will be fine, just clean ir constantly.
