I need a piece of advice

I am 16 years old and I am a student of high school(or lyceum,this is how we call it in Greece)and I like a girl who is one year younger than me(she’s 15 and she’s a student of gymnasium(school that you go before the lyceum).I don’t know details about her(name,surname etc)and I bet she doesn’t know about me aswell.How can I approach her,what should I do then and how can I finally tell her that I like her?

Alright…well the first thing to do is look for oppertunities to make “contact” like…if shes sitting alone at lunch…dropped something…etc…then just take it from there. =)
