This is a fairly new diet I want to try, and as usual I do a good amount of research on it before I acutally trial it out. The problem I am running into though is finding example meal plans that I can look at to see what I need to get and how to make the diet fit to my needs. So if anyone is familiar with this 80 10 10 diet please update me with a full day meal split... thanks
I was reading this interview where Kathleen Leonard (a Runner, Cyclist, Triathlete, Endurance Athlete) and she was giving an example of here daily diet. she said "Mornings I usually have melons and/or orange juice. If it is a long workout day, then I will eat bananas. I work out two hours after my first meal. For lunch I eat 10 to 15 bananas. Dinner is fruit, followed by a salad. Or cucumber noodles with a fruity sauce." this interview was quite interesting. if you want to read her interview about her 80/10/10 diet then just fun mail me and I'll gladly give it to you
