How to lose weight so I'm not fat anymore?

I'm 125 pounds and 5'11, please give me tips to lose more weight. I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds maybe ? I'm eating about 350-450 calories a day and..I try to find ways to exercise, but it's hard since it's so cold here. I play DDR and do Pushups, Situps, Lunges, etc. Any ab flattening exercises?
