No matter, your 13 years old, and you want a boy to finger you because you like him. Hun>that isnt going to make him like you more... if anything, its only letting him know how easy you are.
The best way to get him to do it is by asking him. The next time you two are together you could grab his hand and move it down there. Or you could just wait until he does it himself :P
If you can't talk to him about things like that, then you shouldn't be doing things like that with him. Simple as really.
