Hi, I'm on a very small diet. I excercise almost every day, and I'm trying to eat right. I'm not overweight, but I want a flatter stomach. I was wondering, is it okay to eat nuts if you want to have not as much calories? I've heard they benefit someone when they want a flatter stomach...but how? If they're high in calories how do they do that?

So, my final question is, would it be right for me to eat those as a snack while I'm trying to get a flatter stomach?
