Answer #1

They’re Montgomery’s Tubercles- and they secrete an oily milky substance that lubricates/moisturizes the nipple and helps keep it clean when you’re nursing. While they aren’t the primary source of milk for the baby, sometimes they secrete a little milk too. They become more pronounced at the end of your teens, early twenties, and during pregnancy they become activated and don’t ‘deactivate’ for a while after you’ve stopped nursing.

Totally normal- they’re supposed to be there.

Answer #2

Usually if you have a limb that it’s kind of sometime bad news. Go to the doctor your just scarying in your self.

Answer #3

Everyone has that. They’re where the milk comes out. Believe it or not, the milk does not only come out of the actual nipple. It comes out all around it. That’s what the bumps are. No worries :)
