LoL my wife does it all the time which of course I find very amusing. You are completely healthy in that matter.
I don’t think there is, maybe you do this because you are afraid to show your talents and you have stage frieght. if you don’t have stage frieggt it is a little odd but nothing is wrong with you,.
LOL. Not in the least, I used to do it all the time! I loved to sing and dance in front of the mirror b/c I always wanted to be a singer but never had the guts to audition or anything.
