I hate my body =[

Okay, so I was anorexic/bulemic in 8th grade right? (I’m a sophomore now) I recovered from it, but now it seems to be happening again. I’ve lost intrest in eating meat and I’m begging to not eat at all…I’ve hated the way I look for a long time though…don’t like my shape. I’m taking a physical conditioning class this semester(did I spell that right…? lol) and an aerobics nexts semester…no results yet really. =[ Anyone have a way I can still eat and lose weight?

By the looks of your pictures you do not need to loose weight. I think you look very healthy and fit and attractive. If you have areas on your body you do not like, don’t make your body suffer by not eating properly. This will not help anything it will only make things worse. Proper nutrition and exercise is key to staying fit and living life to it’s fullest. Target your problem areas (if you have any) by setting up a daily routine. For example, if you don’t like your stomach, do 50 sit ups 3 times daily for the beginning. Then as you get stronger you can increase your reps and soon you will be happy with your body as long as you stick to your set routine. Cardio work outs are great for burning fat throughout your whole body and great for heart/lungs/circulatory system. And like James88 said, eat 4-5 small meals instead of 3 big ones, that was great advice. As far as not eating meat goes, you need adequate amounts of protein to help burn fat and being healthy. If you can’t eat meat, find another source of protein like protein shakes.

well working out a lot will speed your mitabolism ( I know thats not spelled right) but it speeds that up and you will burn calories and fat off that way but you cant just eat anything you gotta eat healthy and try eatin 4-5 very small meals through out the day instead of 2-3 large ones. a thing to think of though is when you work out you gain muscle and we all know muscle wieghs more than fat so even tho your body weight may go up or stay the same it doesnt mean your fat it just means your gaining muscle. so keep that in mind. I hope I helped!
