I feel so broken, help me :(

I’ve always kinda had a short fuse when it cose to fighting, and same with my boyfriend in the past, but he says that with me he feels a lot different. and it shows I mean he used to fight a lot, (like physical) but since hes been with me, its been really good, like he has so muuuch patients, but lately he hasntat all, and its really weird, I think somethings going on that he wont tell me about , but he said noo when I asked him, weve been fighting over the stupidest things in the last couple days, and I cant handle it, between him, school, friends, and family, I feel so broken, things are all just so hard right now, and I cant take it…I dont know what to do cause were totally stuck in a fight, and I just wanna get over it, but hes sure hes right, and im sure I am… were both just kinda looking for appologies from eachother, but since neither of us feel like we should be blamed,… its really hard, what should we doo?!!

If you really care about him you will apologize. Tell him you still believe you are right but you are sorry that you’re both fighting. Say you care about him and would help him with whatever problem he has. If he is cheating on you (possibly) that would be a good reason he wouldn’t tell you. You need to say to him calmly- I want the truth. If you are the calm rational person in this then it will work out better. I know it is hard so when you feel sick to your stomach write it down. Do something to release that sickness besides yelling at him. There’s also the 2 second anger rule. Just as you are about to get angry, wait 2 seconds. You can still get angry, but more often than not waiting a bit makes you calm.
