I eat when im bored

Is that a problem?

I feel hungry…

but… recently… I’ve noticed that im not hungry.. I feel full.. but my head is telling me in hungry.. but I know im not…

I freaking had 3 whoppers for lunch today and pizza and breadsticks for dinner… I cant be hungry…

so my boyfriends right. I only THINK im hungry.

and im trying to watch what I eat a little more.. and its hard to tell myself no to eating… but… gah. im so bored so I want to eat… but if I eat one more thing.. im going to barf.

pleeease tell me.. should I not eat or should I eat.

I’ve been studying my japanese all night, so im bored. and nothing to do…

I got the same eating prob but I got a massive metabalism so I fully cant put on weight, thats why I work out but girls are different sum times and I think if you want to eat then you eat but if you feel your gunna throw up then find something that’ll amuse you or get your mind of it.

I DO THE EXACT SAME THING LIKE when I STAY UP ALL NITE WHICH IS NORMAL FOR ME I EAT because NOTHINGS ON OR IM BORED OR TIRED AND DONT want to GO TO SLEEP IM JEAOUS you UYS HAVE FAST METABOLISM LLLS I DONT

I’ve got a fast metabolism too.. get it from my dad… but… I just dont want to eat… but I want to eat… huh… dont even know anymore

BOTH! If it’s time for a meal then eat. But don’t just eat cause your bored or if you do eat healthy snacks not junk!
