I dont seem to loose any weight

ok im 13, 5'5 and I weigh 170 pounds,I want to loose weight,I've laid off all junk food(I havent had one in weeks)I joined a boxing club...I started skateboarding but I dont seem to loose any weight,I now started lifting dumbells and do 50 sit ups a day...can some one reccomend me a exercise plan so I can stick to it and is 170 pounds too heavy?
