Planning My Future But Quite Muddled...I Need Help!!

I want and need a lot of things:piercings, tattoos,a roomy home,a nice car that doesn’t f* up so easily, etc etc. That costs MONEY which is something that I am quite low on currently. I have a couple things in mind of what I want to be when I am older: A writer A photographer A beautician (Did I spell that right?) A vocalist of an all-female metal band A professional piercer A nurse Why do I want so much, you may ask. One,I don’t want to grow up and end up like my parents. My dad dropped out of highschool and my mom did not go back to college until age 40. My mom is currently out of work, due to stress, and her disability check came late, and my dad may be getting laid off Friday. I could go on and on,but I think you get the point. I want to give my kid(s) what they want and need, and not delay it. I want my kid(s) to go to an excellent dentist,I want excellent insurance, etc etc. Reason number 2,is that in my 13 years,I’ve gotten nothing that I’ve really wanted. I asked politely for something specific for Christmas, and what did I get? The complete opposite. I seriously need AND want money. So with the lack of money thing has made me a greedy and selfish person,I admit. But I plan on giving to the homeless, people with diseases, etc etc. What job is best for a person like me? Please,no insults,no rude comments,no opinions, just a simple answer. –Thank you so much. xo

you need to work your way up. im guessing your young-ish, so to start you could just get work experience. maybe work in a cafe or something? I did a while ago and was on about $400 a week. you need to go for what you want. so maybe seek out other people that would like to make a band, or find a nursing school near you. take photos and see who you can sell them to. maybe go for an internship at the local newspaper- then you could write stuff and take pics.

but you really need to put yourself out there. and work as hard as you can because people will hire people that work hard. it wont be easy- but nothing good ever is easy.

good for you to want to make a safe and sturdy home for your future family though.
