I am comfort eating

Im putting on so much weight! And as I gain weight I get more depressed which leads me to comfort eat. Im terrible at diets and find it really hard to stick to them. Can anyone help me? I need a diet that will help me loose al of thta excess weight on my legs, bum and tummy. I love fruit and veg - so help me get away from bread and chocolate! please help Im really distressed about my weight.

omg me too! The only way I can control it is by having 1 or 2 ‘pig out’ meals a week. Once it is over chuck out all the left over food so you don’t graze on it for ages. By doing this you look forward to those meals and don’t feel too bad about not eating too much until thos meals. Good luck!

Get out more. Dont just sit around, being bored and being upset, leads to eating. Make sure your house it stocked with healthy foods and not fatty foods so you will be less tempted. Oraganize your pantry, dont just leave a whole bag of chips in there, buy some zip lock baggies and seperate them into snack size servings, that way you will be less likely to sit there and eat a whole bag of chips or anything else. Be more active, try jogging, save up for an excersize machine, if you have a dog, take it for walks, excersize in your room. Dont eat after 6 at night. You’ll be going to sleep soon and dont have time to burn off the calories. East early.
