According to Dictionary.com, Hypoproteinemia is an abnormally low concentration of protein in the blood. I don’t think it’s a disease, but a disease could be the cause of having it. This website has more information: http://funadvice.com/r/bg5gula9c4e

well @chanelgit she is right. a helpful hint. anything that has the beginning of “hypo” means it is below normal. and anything that has an ending “emia” means low amounts.
